Johnny Olaguez knows what it means to work hard, overcome setbacks, and build something from the ground up.

He began helping with his family’s trucking business as a child and learned early what sacrifice, responsibility, and perseverance look like. After difficult years forced the business to shut down, Johnny helped bring it back in 2017 with one truck and a determination to rebuild.

Today, he has helped grow that business and expand into diesel repair and fleet services, serving both private industry and public agencies. Through that work, Johnny has gained firsthand experience managing budgets, solving real problems, and delivering results.

He is running for District 3 Supervisor because Kern County deserves leadership rooted in integrity, accountability, and service to the people.
